Teachers can set the languages for each classroom by following these steps:
Open the Classroom Dashboard.
Select your class.
Go to Manage Languages.
Choose the languages you would like to make accessible for your class.
Circle Time is designed for collaborative learning. It is a flexible free play session that is not linked to individual student accounts. This allows teachers to lead the entire class through interactive games, perfect for use with a projector or interactive whiteboard.
While in Circle Time, tap the settings icon.
Classroom setup is fast. Most teachers finish in less than 10 minutes!

Yes. To remove a student from your classroom:
When a student is deleted in this way, they are removed from your classroom but not permanently erased from the system. This means they can be reassigned to another classroom at any time if needed.
Unfortunately, deleted students cannot be recovered.
You’ll need to add the student again:
1.Go to the Classrooms dashboard and select the class.
2.From the side menu, under Student Management, choose Add New Student.
3.Enter the student’s details and save.

2.Scroll down to Classroom Management and choose Delete Classroom.
Important: Once a classroom is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

2.Add a new student or add existing students already in the system.
3.Manage languages.
4.Manage games.
5.Remove all students from the classroom.

3.Go to Classroom Mangement.
4.Scroll down to Manage Languages.
5.Choose the languages you want your students to learn through on the app.
You can assign games to your class, but not to individual languages.

Web browser: QR code is saved to your Downloads folder.

No. Students do not need email addresses, usernames, or passwords. Only minimal information (such as a first name) is required by the teacher to input when creating a student.

Setting Inactivity Preferences
You can customise how student inactivity is displayed by setting a Last Active Threshold.
Yes! To do this:
1.Go to the Students dashboard and select the student.
2.Open the side menu and scroll down to Student Insights.
3.Tap Reset Analytics to clear the student’s progress.
Note: This action cannot be undone, so make sure you really want to reset the data before confirming.
Learning insights are updated immediately after play. Teachers can see each student’s progress right after a session, making it easy to track learning in real time and respond quickly to individual needs.
You can filter in viewing the insights for: all time, the last 7 days, and the last 30 days.
This function is currently unavailable.
Sharing login details between students can lead to inaccurate data insights in Parlini Land for Schools.
Teachers can create classrooms, add students, assign mini-games and languages, and track their students’ progress
Go to the Students dashboard and select the student you want to edit.
In the side menu under Student Information you can:
1.Edit the student’s name
2.Reset the student’s PIN number
3.Move the student to a different classroom.
Changes to a student’s information are saved automatically. However, you will need to redownload and reprint the student login card or provide the student with their new PIN if it has changed.
1.Log in to your teacher account in the app.
2.From the left-hand menu, choose Circle Time.
Circle Time lets you:
Start a free-play session for your class.
Explore and play games in your chosen language for as long as you wish.
Connect to a projector and guide the class through the games together with a live walkthrough.

Yes! You can take screenshots anywhere in the app. Just make sure your device has this option enabled for Parlini Land for Schools so they’ll be automatically saved to your photo library.
If you’re looking for your unique school code, you can find it in three quick places:
The Global Header: No matter which dashboard you are viewing, the code is always pinned at the top of your screen for easy reference.
The Settings Dashboard: You can retrieve it by heading over to the Settings menu; the code is listed under your profile information.
Student Login Cards: If you prefer a physical copy, the code is printed directly on every student’s login card, alongside other details.
Class QR Code Login Card: The school code is also printed on the class QR code login card.

Choosing “Keep me signed in” preserves your active session, not your login credentials. With this option enabled, closing and reopening the app will take you straight to the Teacher Dashboard without having to log in again.
The School Dashboard serves as your central hub for school-wide analytics, organised into two key areas:
From the Classroom dashboard, you can view basic details such as the class name and number of students.
The Class Information section also lets you:
