Which device model are you currently using?
What is the current operating system installed on that device?Is there a specific game that’s causing your app to crash regularly?

If the student is using an Android tablet:
Verify that the volume settings are set up correctly.
Update to the latest version of the app.
Restart your tablet.
If the student is using an ipad:

Check that the device’s volume is turned up and not muted.
Verify the browser’s tab isn’t muted.
Make sure the website’s volume controls (if any) are on.
Confirm that the browser has permission to play audio.
